There are four bedrooms in total. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and decorated with solid oak furniture with en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin facilities. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have double beds and furnished with solid teak wardrobes.
The bathroom is tastefully decorated in peach colours and has full size bath, wash hand basin and W.C. facilities. Also separate washroom in front hallway which contains wash hand basin and W.C. facilities.
The dining room is uniquely furnished with full size mahogany dining table for 8 people with accompanying furniture. The sitting room has an American style couch and chairs in a beautiful green colour. There is a colour TV, radio and CD player also. There is a large kitchen containing dining table and chairs, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. Separte laundry room with full size washing machine and tumble dryer also available. The entire house is carpeted except the bathrooms which are fully tiled.
There is a small patio at rear of house with outside table and chair facilities, landscaped lawns surround the entire property which are maliciously maintained.
Secure parking is available at rear of house for several cars.
The High Cross Inn Bar and Restaurant is only 5 minutes drive away serving gourmet food 7 days a week and entertainment nightly.
Kilkea Castle Golf Course is only 5 minutes drive from the house, this 18 hole, Par 70 championship course has a magnificent setting at one of the oldest continuously inhabited castles in Ireland which dates back to the 12th Century. There is also a clubhouse here with facilities like snooker room, bar and restaurant.
There is a river running through the land with seasonal fishing. Wicklow is 30 minutes drive from the house giving you easy access to such towns as Blessington and Glendalough - where St. Kevin founded a monastery in the 6th century. When in the area one must visit the charming town of Avoca, originally made famous by the RTE TV series "Ballykissangle. The Curragh Racecourse - one of the most well know courses in the country is a 15 minute drive from Eagle View. This course is best know for its flat races and hold 5 of the Classic Races each year and approx. 13 other race days. A day out here is not to be missed!
