Massereene Golf Club
51 Lough Road, Antrim, Antrim
Established 1895

The club is close to Belfast International Airport with the course running along the shores of Lough Neagh, the biggest inland stretch of water in the British Isles. The existing course was laid out by Fred Hawtree in 1961, and the opening holes wind away from the clubhouse until the par 5 7th which goes downhill to the shoreline of the lake in the direction of Shane's Castle.

Established 1927

Considered one of the best inland courses with fair but tight fairways. Rarely closed due to water clogging. Many scenic views.

The course is rather unusual in modern days in that it has five short holes. This is well balanced by quite a few long par 4s. The holes from the 15th to 18th give one of the most demanding finishes on an inland course in Ireland....

Cushendall Golf Club

Established 1937

25 miles north of Larne on Antrim coast road. Follow signs for Beach/Golf Course from middle of Cushendall Village. Tree-lined course through which the picturesque River Dall meanders and comes into play on seven of the nine holes - making out of bounds a distinct possibility.

This relatively short course requires accurate shots. Superb views of Scotland's Mull of Kintyre across the Sea of Moyle, and Antrim heathlands looking inland. The Club motif relates...
